Saul de Ponte

Saul de Ponte has extensive work experience as a DevOps Engineer, starting with their current position at IntellectEU since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Barrabés.biz as a DevOps Engineer from January to June 2022. From November 2019 to January 2022, they were a DevOps Engineer at Kairós Digital Solutions S.L.

Before transitioning into DevOps roles, Saul worked as a Deploy Engineer at Altran from December 2018 to November 2019. Saul also had a brief role as Gestion Personalizada at BT from July to December 2018.

Saul's earlier career includes their time at Fon as an NSOC Specialist from August 2014 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and supporting the company's platform and network services.

Saul also worked at Huawei Technologies as a Specialist of control network operations from January 2012 to July 2013. During this project with Telefonica Venezuela, Saul was involved in managing and monitoring the VoIP network and providing training and support.

Saul started their professional career as an Administrative analyst and technical support at Nestle S.A. from September 2011 to January 2012. In this role, they handled administrative tasks and provided technical support to the sales force.

Before that, they worked as a Junior technical and GNU/Linux developer at ISEIT - Corvus Latinoamérica from April 2010 to April 2011.

Saul de Ponte attended S. Bolívar & G. Garibaldi Highschool from 1989 to 2004, where they obtained their bachiller degree in ciencias. Saul then went on to study at Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Técnico Superior Universitario degree in Tecnología/Técnico de ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones. Additionally, Saul de Ponte has obtained two additional certifications: the HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate from HashiCorp in April 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
