Lay See Ong

Lay See Ong currently serves as the Director of Human Capital at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since November 2013, having previously held the position of Deputy Director of Human Capital. Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Director of Talent Attraction and Management at Enterprise Singapore from August 2007 to November 2013 and as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) of Singapore from May 2001 to July 2007. Lay See Ong holds a Master in Human Resource from Curtin University and additional educational qualifications from the National University of Singapore.
