Winnie Tham

Winnie Tham is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since April 2022, Winnie has been the Director at Amica Law LLC since April 2006. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Partner at Allen & Gledhill from January 1993 to April 2006, where various responsibilities included those of an Associate. Winnie holds dual degrees in Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Monash University, specializing in Biochemistry and Pharmacology as well as Law, with education completed in 1991, and attended Avila College from 1980 to 1985.
