Rohit Prasankumar

Rohit Prasankumar's work experience started in 1997 at MIT, where they worked as a graduate researcher until 2003. Following that, they joined the Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they held various roles as a postdoctoral researcher, technical staff member, and co-thrust leader for Nanophotonics and Optical Nanomaterials. In 2022, they joined Intellectual Ventures as the Director of Deep Science Fund.

Rohit Prasankumar completed their bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Physics from The University of Texas at Austin from 1993 to 1997. Rohit then pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in this field from 1997 to 2003.
