Kristin Hilty

Kristin Hilty, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in multiple industries. Since 2020, they have been working at Intellezy as a Chief of Staff Consultant, where they provide consulting services to clients in various capacities such as Chief of Staff, Director of Special Projects, and Program Management Consultant. In this role, they work independently with senior leadership, leading the implementation of communication plans, overseeing special projects, and fostering team cohesion.

Prior to their current role, from 2017 to 2019, Kristin worked at uBiome, a healthcare start-up, as the Chief of Staff. Kristin reported to the COO, CFO, and SVP of Commercialization and was responsible for executing and strategizing high-impact commercial operations, finance, and administration projects. During their time at uBiome, they led finance teams, spearheaded market research initiatives, built out and executed clinical and consumer commercialization strategies, and managed multiple annual financial audits.

Before joining uBiome, Kristin worked at the City and County of San Francisco as an Elections Clerk from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they managed administration and voter support teams during three consecutive elections, recruited temporary workers, organized and dispatched election-related projects, and led a multilingual customer service team.

Kristin Hilty obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Mount Holyoke College. Kristin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they are expected to complete between 2020 and 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Kristin also obtained various certifications including Blogging and Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing from Shaw Academy. Kristin also received certifications in Google Analytics, including Google Analytics for Power Users, Advanced Google Analytics, and Google Analytics for Beginners, from Google Analytics Academy.
