Brian Goff is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as CEO and Board Member at Agios Pharmaceuticals since August 2022 and as a Board Member at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2024. Goff held key leadership positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Chief Commercial and Global Operations Officer until July 2021, following a tenure at Neurovance, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member, which culminated in its acquisition by Otsuka Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Goff was EVP & President of Hematology at Baxalta, where responsibilities included leading a division with $3.9 billion in sales before its acquisition by Shire Pharmaceuticals.
