Illia Diachenko

Illia Diachenko has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and technical leadership. Illia is currently serving as the Head of the Web Center of Excellence at Intellias, leading a team of over 40 engineers specializing in Node. Prior to this, they worked at SoftServe as a Technical Lead, where they were responsible for developing a document management system for the healthcare industry and handling various technical responsibilities such as integration, requirements elicitation, and mentoring. Illia also worked at N-iX as a Frontend Developer, ELEKS as a Javascript Developer, Sirv as a Frontend Developer, Symphony Solutions as a JavaScript Developer, Maxymiser as a Front-end Developer, PrivatBank as a Web Developer, and had a period of self-employment as a Web Developer. At each role, Illia gained experience in different technologies, frameworks, and project management methodologies.

Illia Diachenko obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Donetsk National University from 2000 to 2006. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Developer from IT STEP Computer Academy from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, Illia attended Java Android courses at IT STEP Computer Academy. They have also earned various certifications, including Graph Developer - Associate from Apollo GraphQL, and Associate Architecture Program from Intellias, among others.
