Kateryna Lespukh

Kateryna Lespukh is an experienced Talent Delivery Manager at Intellias, with a career spanning from October 2015 to the present. Responsibilities include recruiting in the Ukraine Delivery Center and managing teams of up to 14 recruiters across various locations, including temporary roles in Portugal and Spain. Kateryna has served as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivery of recruitment results based on agreed service level agreements. Prior to Intellias, Kateryna worked at OTP Bank in roles focused on bank recruitment and adaptation, as well as at DOPOMOGA GROUP as a consultant. Kateryna holds a Master of Arts in Philology and translation from the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine."
