Olesia Shybka

Olesia Shybka has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Olesia most recently worked as the Head of Financial Services & Insurance Marketing at Intellias starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Director at OmniWire from December 2021 to December 2022, and at Optherium Labs from November 2021 to December 2022. Olesia also held roles at JeraSoft, where they started as a Marketing Advisor and eventually became the Head of Marketing from May 2018 to January 2021. Olesia was also a Marketing Director at Binary Studio from January 2021 to September 2021, and a Marketing Advisor and Mentor at Growth Factory from August 2020 to September 2021. Earlier in their career, Olesia worked as a Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager at Leantegra in 2018, PR and Communications Lead at Innovecs from March 2017 to August 2017, and PR & Marketing Lead at Integrity Vision from January 2016 to February 2017. Olesia began their career as a PR specialist at SCM from April 2011 to January 2016. Overall, Olesia has demonstrated expertise and leadership in various marketing roles throughout their career.

Olesia Shybka holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they obtained in 2019. Olesia also completed various marketing modules offered by CIM, including Strategic Marketing, Mastering Metrics, and Digital Strategy, all in 2018 and 2019. Prior to their marketing education, they received a Master's Degree in English Language and Foreign Literature from Horlivka State Pedagogical Institute for Foreign Languages in 2007. Olesia has also obtained additional certifications in project management, Google Analytics, PR and marketing, and IELTS.
