John Trustman

Advisor to the CEO at IntelliCentrics

John Trustman is a managing director of EY-Parthenon, part of Ernst & Young LLP, and is based in its Dallas and Boston offices. With a 40-year career as a strategy consultant, executive and entrepreneur, he serves in the healthcare, financial services and technology sectors and leads the firm’s “Full Potential Paradigm™” practice. John has recently served as the chief technology officer of MedidaMetrics, the leader in activity-based costing in hospitals, as well as the chairman of the Board of Directors of WAVi, a pioneer in the development of high-quality, low-cost brainwave analysis hardware and software. He was the cofounder of deNovis (now HealthEdge), the developer of breakthrough technology in natural language processing-based healthcare claims processing, and is the former senior vice president and chief information officer of Aetna Health Plans, the largest commercial health insurer in the United States and was a senior vice president of Fidelity Investments. John began his career at UST Corp in Boston, where he became senior vice president and chief information officer, and also worked at Bain & Company. He has patents in a range of areas, from natural language processing to movement disorder diagnosis and brainwave analysis. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a BA from Yale University.
