Murali Mehrwade

Murali Mehrwade, CAHRI, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Intellificial and Head of the ANZ Region at Blue Helion Partners, focusing on growth and operations advisory with expertise in strategy and business transformation. Previously, Murali spent 18 years at Mphasis, progressing through various HR roles to reach the position of Associate Vice President for Australia and the APJ Region, where contributions included leading HR teams and managing organizational change initiatives. Earlier career experiences included HR positions at Covansys, Scandent Group, L&T Infotech, GE Global Technology Solutions, Hexaware Technologies, and Ashok Leyland Information Technology. Murali holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.
