Bryan Plaster

Bryan Plaster has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Most recently, they co-founded and became the CEO of Intelligage, a company focused on providing digital superpowers to teams through customer understanding and AI. Prior to that, Bryan worked at Trifacta as the Global VP of Customer Success and Services, where they led a technical team and successfully increased adoption and net retention. Before Trifacta, they were the Global Vice President of Customer Success at Talend, where they achieved a 90% renewal rate and transformed the customer success team. Bryan also had a role as a Customer Success Executive at Complete CSM Services, where they worked on consulting, services, and products related to customer success. Earlier in their career, Bryan held positions at Informatica, Cast Iron Systems, FASTSIGNS, Valtech Technologies, and Standard Automation. Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving customer success through innovative strategies.

Bryan Plaster attended Texas A&M University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on IDIS. In 2005, they obtained a certification from PMI, although the institution that awarded the certification is not specified.
