Fady El-Rukby has extensive experience in the technology industry. Fady began their career in 2002 as a Program Manager for ARAMCO, providing consulting services regarding Software Development Lifecycle management, group organization, server architecture & best practices. In 2004, they joined ADGAS as a Senior Software Development Manager, leading the MS Technology Group with a goal of achieving CMM level 2 and 3. In 2007, they moved to GE Healthcare as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, leading the Technical Infrastructure Group of the GE Centricity Enterprise. In 2010, they joined Microsoft as a Director/Principal Development Manager, leading a global development team of 70 FTEs and vendors. In 2012, they became Vice President of Engineering at Seattle Avionics Software, establishing the organizational structure needed to achieve the targeted phase for 2012 and to deliver on a number of small to medium sized projects. In 2014, they joined Ossia Inc. as Vice President Solutions/Chief Solutions Architect, leading a global Solutions organization focusing on embedded development, mobile, cloud, big data, AI and IoT. In 2019, they joined North Highland as a Director. In 2020, they became Chief Technology Officer at aixplain, inc.

Fady El-Rukby has completed a Professional Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the field of Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World. Fady has also completed a Professional Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the field of Data Science. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from USIU - Alliant International University - San Diego. Fady is also a Certified Hadoop Professional from Cloudera.
