Serghei Istrate

Serghei Istrate has worked in the financial sector for over a decade. Serghei began their career in 2006 as a Specialist in the Department of Marketing, Listing and Quotes at Moldova Stock Exchange. In 2007, they joined FinComBank S.A. and held various roles, including Head of Planning, Analysis and Reporting Section, Head of Finance and Liquidity Section, and Deputy Chief Accountant, Head of Planning and Analysis Section. In 2020, they began working as a Lead Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Intelligent Contacts.

Serghei Istrate started their education in 1992 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Real profile (math, IT, foreign languages) from the Antioh Cantemir High and Medium School. In 2003, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Banks and Stock Exchanges from the State University of Moldova, which they completed in 2007. Serghei then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Economic Law from the Slavic University of Moldova, which they completed in 2010. Since 2007, they have been taking various IT courses from the Internet University of Informational Technologies. In December 2020, they obtained an Entry Certificate in Business Analysis from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
