Hella Broughton

Hella Broughton has extensive experience in the field of advanced light microscopy and biological research. Currently serving as an Application Scientist at Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i) since October 2015, Hella focuses on SlideBook and Marianas LightSheet product management, along with providing systems and applications support. Prior experience includes roles as a Microscopy Consultant, Research Associate at Imperial College London specializing in malaria research and drug discovery, and a PhD Student at Cancer Research UK studying microtubule cytoskeleton. Hella's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Biophysics from UCL and a Diplom in Biology from Technische Universität Dresden, alongside a second Ph.D. from the same institution, emphasizing biochemistry, biophysics, and molecular biology.
