Marcella Rich

Marcella Rich joined as the Managing Director of the Intelligent Services Centres in January 2022. In this newly created role, Marcella is responsible for ensuring that, during a time of significant expansion at the ISC, operational excellence and outstanding client delivery are maintained as we build the range of services, and expand the markets. A member of the IO leadership team, Marcella works closely with clients to make sure that the offsite services are seamlessly integrated with their in-house teams and operational objectives.

An accomplished COO and Managing Director, with 30 years of experience in financial services, Marcella has a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale transformation, service excellence across multi-site operations, leadership development programs as well as harnessing excellent customer relationships.
