Kate McQueen has a wealth of experience in marketing operations, automation, and email marketing. Kate began their career as a Customer Success Manager at iContact in 2012, where they maintained a retention rate of over 98% every quarter. In 2018, they held two concurrent roles: Marketing Automation Manager at Mabus Agency and Email Marketing Manager at Global Knowledge. At Mabus Agency, they worked with clients in the financial space to improve their automated marketing campaigns, created customer profiles for better-targeted marketing campaigns, and audited current marketing campaigns to improve branding. At Global Knowledge, they managed the company's email campaigns and communicated company brands through email marketing, managed trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales, and carried out segmentation of the database and implementing re-marketing strategies. In 2019, they became the Marketing Operations Manager at Relias, where they were responsible for overseeing and running all domestic and international marketing operations and automation infrastructure. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Marketing Operations Manager at LearnPlatform, where they designed and executed an account grading model with lead scoring and grading based off Bombora intent data and digital interactions, created a strong documentation booklet for the sales, customer success teams and the marketing team, and created a U-touch attribution model in Tableau for Salesforce to better track campaign engagement, intent signals, and revenue forecasts. Currently, Kate is the Director of Revenue Operations at IntelliShift, where they designed and executed an account grading model with lead scoring and grading based off Demandbase intent data, created an ABM program using Demandbase and Sendoso, and established and maintained dashboards and reporting for all teams for new business, customer success to report on pipeline.

Kate McQueen has an education history that includes obtaining a Communications degree from North Carolina State University between 2005 and 2008, with a field of study in Communication and Media Studies. Kate also attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 2001 to 2004, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Leading a Marketing Team and Marketing Communications from LinkedIn in November 2019, and a Certified Pardot Specialist from Salesforce in December 2018.
