Gaurav Sindhwani

Gaurav Sindhwani is the Sr. Director of Recruitment Non-MSP at Intelliswift Software. Prior to this, they were the Regional Delivery Manager at Collabera Inc. from October 2012 to September 2019. In their role at Collabera, Gaurav was responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening potential candidates for Intel, Boeing, Genentech and Towers Watson. Gaurav has extensive experience in recruiting for core IT positions including software developers/architects, business/systems analysts, technical program/product/project managers, and web developers.

Gaurav has been with Intelliswift since October 2019. In their role as Sr. Director of Recruitment Non-MSP, they are responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters who are focused on sourcing and hiring candidates for non-MSP positions. Gaurav’s team is responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions including software engineers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, and business analysts.

Under Gaurav’s leadership, Intelliswift has been able to source and hire top talent for a variety of positions. Gaurav's team’s efforts have resulted in Intelliswift being ranked as one of the best staffing firms to work for by Staffing Industry Analysts. In addition, Intelliswift has also been recognized as one of the largest U.S. staffing firms by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Gaurav Sindhwani has a Master of Computers Applications from YMCA and a degree from St. Theresa's Convent.
