Nicola Edwards

Nicola Edwards is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Nordic HR Director at Avanade since August 2018, Nicola has held titles including Head of Talent, Performance & Career Management, and Nordic HR Lead. Prior to Avanade, Nicola worked as the HR Manager for Triton Partners and as an HR Business Partner at LinkedIn, focusing on Nordics, Benelux, DACH, and emerging markets. Earlier in the career, Nicola was the HR Director for Oracle in Sweden and held senior HR positions at DELL AB, where responsibilities included driving HR initiatives for the Northern Europe Region Technical Support Group. Nicola began the professional journey at Accenture as an HR Representative and contributed to the establishment of an HR Service Center in Sweden. Educational achievements include an MBA from The Open University and ongoing studies in Organizational Behaviour from Edinburgh Business School.
