Jitesh Yadav is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in US IT staffing and non-IT roles. Currently serving as Recruitment Team Lead at RecruitInflux since January 2019, Jitesh focuses on guiding and supporting recruiters in understanding client requirements and ensuring they meet targets. Previously, Jitesh held the position of Recruitment Lead at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from January 2014 to December 2018, specializing in a wide range of roles across various engineering and IT disciplines. Jitesh began a career in recruitment at Amiga Informatics as a US IT Recruiter, where candidate sourcing was conducted through multiple platforms.
