Prakash Kumar Palaniswamy

Prakash Palaniswamy heads the Delivery Excellence team at Intelliswift. He is instrumental in leading the efforts to build a world-class process and metrics-led approach toward delivery excellence and compliance.Prakash comes with an overall industry experience of 25 years in progressive roles. Before joining Intelliswift, he was a Delivery Manager with UST Global, delivering engagements to Fortune 500 clients and rolling out Delivery Excellence Programs, which focused on delivery reviews, project initiations, risky project interventions, governance through metrics, PMCoE / DMCoE programs, and client success engagement (CSAT), etc. Previously he also worked in various technical roles with Information Control Corporation, USA, Covansys Corporation, USA, Covansys India Private Limited, and Adroit Innovations, Singapore.Prakash is focused on Delivery Excellence Transformation, developing a culture of continuous improvement within Intelliswift, and meeting customer commitments with predictability in all aspects of delivery engagements.Prakash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Instrumentation Technology. He is also a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, SaFE Agilist, Scrum Master, and a certified Value Stream Mapping Expert.
