Peter K. is an experienced executive with a robust background in finance and technology management. Currently serving as a Director at both Computer Modelling Group Ltd. and IntelliView Technologies Inc., Peter also acted as an Advisor at Deltek from August 2023 to March 2024. Previously, Peter held the position of CFO and India COO at Replicon, overseeing a cloud time management software company that successfully exited to Roper Technologies in 2023. Peter's extensive career includes directorial roles at EmberClear Corp. and Chartwell Technology, as well as CFO for Wi-LAN Inc. With a strong foundation in auditing from KPMG, where Peter served as Technology Practice Leader, Peter is a Chartered Accountant with degrees from the University of Saskatchewan and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
