Carl Taylor has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support. Carl started their career at iBAHN as a Customer Helpdesk Coordinator from August 2005 to September 2008. Carl then joined Computacenter as a Customer Support/Software Tester from September 2008 to July 2012. During this time, they were also chosen for a secondment to a new team responsible for testing a new SAP system.

From August 2012 to March 2017, Carl worked at Capita as a System Support Advisor, specifically for Evolvi Rail Systems. Carl then joined Oracle as a SaaS Support Analyst from March 2017 to June 2018. In that role, they were part of the UK Government Cloud Support Team and provided technical support for Oracle Cloud-based applications.

Afterwards, Carl joined Kitchen CUT as a Systems Support Executive from July 2018 to November 2018. Carl was responsible for setting up and implementing a Technical Support Desk for the business.

From December 2018 to April 2021, Carl worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Technical Support Engineer. Carl was one of the first members of the EMEA team dedicated to supporting the rollout of Kronos' Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Dimensions HCM products in the region. Carl provided application support to customers during implementation and roll-out phases.

Most recently, Carl joined Intellum in April 2021 as a Technical Support Specialist.
