Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will provide essential support to our CXs and management, assist with daily office needs, and manage the company’s general administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior management.

  • Organize and schedule appointments.

  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

  • Book travel arrangements.

  • Maintain and update contact lists.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
