Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Scientist with a passion for data and at least 3 years of experience in the field. This role involves developing models that translate complex datasets into actionable insights, enhancing our product offerings and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Machine Learning Pipelines: Design and implement robust pipelines for complex data workflows, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless data flow from ingestion to deployment in collaboration with Software team
• Ensure Data Integrity: Conduct data audits, cleanse data, and strategize on acquiring quality data to power insightful models
• Develop Scalable Algorithms: Create algorithms that are accurate and adaptable, ensuring reliable predictions across evolving datasets
• Prototype to Production: Collaborate with the engineering team to transition analytical prototypes into optimized, scalable, and integrated production applications
• Drive Business Insights: Extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions and promote business improvements, communicating findings clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data science, with strong proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modelling, and software architecture
• Experience with AWS cloud services and tools for machine learning projects
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree: A Master’s or PhD in a relevant field adds depth to your theoretical knowledge and practical skills
• Advanced Data Visualization: Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau) to create insightful and interactive data visualizations
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies: Experience of using AWS or other cloud technologies for model training and deployment
• Statistical Software Experience: Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) can provide additional depth to data analysis capabilities
