Michael has held various managerial positions in companies such as Pegasystems, Bottomline Technologies, and CrunchTime!. Michael also has experience working on teams developing PRPC, Pegasystem's BPM solution, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Westfield State University.
