L. David Marquet

L. David Marquet has an extensive background in leadership and management. With experience as the Commanding Officer of USS Santa Fe and serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Columbia University, L. David now leads Intent-Based Leadership International as the President and Content Creator. Marquet is dedicated to helping individuals become better leaders through their Leadership Nudges (TM) program.
