Bob Miller

Bob Miller is an experienced executive pastor and coach with a robust career in church leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Executive Pastor at Florence Baptist Church since August 2021, Bob also facilitates and coaches with Intentional Churches, a ministry focused on helping churches grow in discipleship. Bob has a rich background in educational roles, including adjunct professorship at Grace Christian University, covering various subjects such as leadership and youth ministry. Additionally, Bob has held strategic and advisory positions across multiple organizations, including ServantOne, where Bob partners with leaders to promote organizational growth. With a diverse business background, including ownership of a retail store and experience with the National Rifle Association's faith-based initiatives, Bob combines a strong academic foundation with practical leadership expertise, supported by extensive theological education across multiple institutions.
