Andreas Lardon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering management and project planning. Currently serving as Manager Global Planning, Reporting & Processes at ZF Group since April 2019, Andreas specializes in resource management, R&D investments, and standardization of processes and methods, alongside tool development and artificial intelligence applications.
