Nikita Sibiliainen

Nikita Sibiliainen has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. They are currently working as the Head of Engineering at Intento, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, Nikita worked at Wrike as a Software Engineering Manager from December 2019 to September 2021 and as a Software Architect from June 2016 to December 2019. They also have experience working at Unison Technologies as a Software Developer from June 2015 to May 2016 and at iConto as a Deputy CTO from November 2014 to June 2015, and as a Team Leader from June 2013 to November 2014. Their earliest experience was at HyperMethod IBS, where they served as the Head of Software Development from October 2012 to June 2013 and as a Senior Software Developer from September 2010 to October 2012. Throughout their career, Nikita has demonstrated expertise in managing development teams, project management, system architecture design, and selecting necessary technologies and frameworks.

Nikita Sibiliainen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the International Management Institute, Saint Petersburg, which was obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2010, they earned a Master's degree from the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
