Luz Angela Garcia

Luz Angela Garcia is a Knowledge Management Senior Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank, a role held since February 2009, having previously served as a Knowledge Management Specialist within the same institution. In 2008, Luz Angela completed an internship at the United Nations and also held an internship at the Organization of American States in 2002. Luz Angela earned a Master in Public Affairs, specializing in Economic and Political Development, from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) between 2007 and 2009.
