Melissa Mena

Melissa Mena is a seasoned communications and change management professional with extensive experience in large-scale technology and business process transformations. Currently serving as Communications Senior Associate – Change Expert at the Inter-American Development Bank since October 2020, Melissa leads efforts in developing and implementing communication strategies for significant projects impacting over 6,000 employees across 45 countries. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Change Management and Deployment at Marriott International and Change Management and Communications Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank. Melissa's background also features positions at the Pan American Health Organization, where responsibilities involved staff engagement and communication strategy development for ERP system implementations.
