Susana Sitja

Susana Sitja is a seasoned international development expert with extensive experience at the Inter-American Development Bank since November 2007, currently serving as Deputy Secretary. Susana has a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, and diversity and inclusion strategy and indicators, alongside a commitment to coaching and leading teams to reach their full potential. Prior to the current role, Susana held multiple senior positions within the IDB, including Senior Corporate Advisor and HR Principal Specialist. Susana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from McGill University and a Master's degree in Economics from Queen's University.
