Elaine Souza

Elaine Souza is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Operations Manager at Inter since September 2017, where responsibilities include the development of processes to enhance customer engagement with multi-purpose card products and managing digital quality indicators. Elaine previously held the position of Operations Manager, overseeing results in Payments Experience and logistics partnerships. Prior to Inter, Elaine worked as a Relationship Manager at Grupo Contax from March 2003 to January 2015. Elaine holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics and Business Management from FGV and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from PUC Minas, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
