Kristi Melo

Kristi Melo is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in managing people and culture across various organizations. Currently serving as a People Lead at Inter.link since January 2024, Kristi previously held the position of Senior Manager - People & Culture at the European Council on Foreign Relations from July 2022 to January 2024. Kristi has also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Crealytics and has held several roles including Lead Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions and Talent Manager at Taledo. Kristi's earlier experience includes roles in recruitment and project management, beginning with internships in international recruitment and communications at Vodafone. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from EU Business School and furthered education at the University of Derby.
