Gabriela Almeida

Gabriela Almeida has a diverse work experience. Gabriela started their career as an Assessora de Programação at UNIJr-BA, where they worked from January 2014 to May 2014. Gabriela then joined ENGETOP as the Director of People Management, responsible for leading 2 teams and participating in the company's executive board. After that, Gabriela worked at Brasil Júnior - Confederação Brasileira de Empresas Juniores as the Coordinator of Partnerships, leading a team responsible for financial acquisition and relationship management. In 2016, they worked briefly at Sanar as an Experience & Strategy professional. From 2017 to 2017, Gabriela worked at Cervejaria Ambev in the Gente e Gestão role. In 2019, they joined E-log Entender Logística as a Client Success Manager. Currently, Gabriela is working at INTERA | Soluções de Recrutamento as a Customer Success Manager, and starting in April 2023, they will assume the role of Head of Business Unit.

Gabriela Almeida completed their primary and secondary education at Colégio Antônio Vieira from 2005 to 2011. Gabriela then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal da Bahia from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at the same university from 2015 to 2020. In addition, they studied International Business at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences from 2018 to 2019.
