Kerry McIlhaney has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Kerry is currently the Head Of Technical Services at Interact Software, where they lead a global team in providing technical onboarding and support services for over 1000 customers. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Customer Success at Provenir, where they successfully transformed the division into a profitable entity while doubling client attachment rate. Kerry also led a 42 person team and managed P&L, area offices, hiring decisions, and customer escalations. Kerry also has experience as the Senior Director of Professional Services at Guidance Software and the Director of Professional Services at MicroStrategy. Kerry has a strong background in consultancy, having worked as a Consulting Manager at Radiant Systems Inc., Concur, and Per-Se Technologies. Kerry began their career at Accenture and Texas Instruments, where they held technical lead roles and was responsible for designing and developing enterprise-wide CRM tools. Kerry has extensive experience in team management, customer success, technical support, and project implementation.

Kerry McIlhaney pursued higher education between 1989 and 1995 at the University of Oklahoma. During this period, Kerry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
