Dion Garcia is the Manager of Technology & Analysis at Interaction Associates. Dion has over 15 years of experience in resource management, operations, and consulting.

Dion started their career as a Music Director at SomaFM.com. Dion then transitioned into the corporate world, holding positions such as Resource Manager and Director of Operations at IQVIA and Enact Global Consulting. In their current role at Interaction Associates, Dion oversees the deployment of consultants and contractors around the world. Dion has also designed and developed an online Resource Request tool that consolidates all resource requests into a single system. This tool has saved Resource Managers time in processing new requests, partner closely with external stakeholders to develop tool, and design and build resource profiles as a foundation for skills inventory.
