Neil Dillon

Trainer And Coach On M&e For Protection And GBV Prevention In Humanitarian Contexts at InterAction

Neil Dillon is an experienced evaluation lead currently working with the H2H Network on various case studies across regions including the Horn of Africa, Pakistan, Türkiye/Syria, Sudan, and Libya since July 2023. As a team leader at FAO, Neil oversees the evaluation of the Food & Nutrition Security Resilience Program and serves as a course instructor for UNICEF's evaluation systems strengthening course. Additionally, Neil provides training and coaching on monitoring and evaluation in humanitarian contexts through InterAction and founded Data Conscious in April 2020. Previous roles include consulting for the ICRC on the Sexual Violence Prevention Enhancement Project, leading evaluations for the World Food Programme and FAO, and providing guidance on monitoring data for the Danish Refugee Council. Neil holds a PhD, MPhil, and BSc in Physics and Philosophy from King's College London.
