Matthew Robinson

Matthew Robinson has extensive experience in operations and workforce management. Matthew most recently served as Vice President of Operations at Interactions LLC, where they oversaw vendor contracts and compliance, vendor performance management, and strategic oversight. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Vendor Program Management and the Director of Operations and Workforce Management at the same company. Before joining Interactions LLC, Matthew worked as a Senior Manager of Workforce Management at Convergys, where they developed workforce strategies and led multi-regional teams. Matthew also has experience as a Capacity Planning Manager at Charles Schwab, where they were responsible for forecasting demand planning for various business units.

Matthew Robinson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Journalism from Indiana State University in 1999-2003. Matthew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2009-2010. Matthew also attained the NASD Series 63 and NASD Series 7 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2003.
