Ranjna Goyal

Ranjna Goyal has over 20 years of experience in engineering and leadership roles. Ranjna is currently the SVP and Head of Engineering at Interactions LLC, where they are responsible for leading platform and solutions engineering, product development, user experience, and operations for AI-driven Intelligent Virtual Assistance enterprise solutions. Previously, Ranjna served as the Director of Engineering at Automation Anywhere, where they led the delivery of enterprise solutions for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and mentored their team. Ranjna has also held the role of Director of Engineering at Alation, where they led the delivery of data catalog and analytics solutions. Prior to that, Ranjna worked at Splunk as a Senior Engineering Manager, leading the development and delivery of custom web solutions. Ranjna also has experience as a Senior Engineering Manager at Intuit, where they led complex multimillion dollar engineering projects and managed cross-functional teams. Earlier in their career, Ranjna worked at Dell as a Senior Development Manager and at Raytheon as a Software Engineer and Analyst. Overall, they have a strong background in leading teams, driving improvements, and delivering successful engineering solutions.

Ranjna Goyal holds an MBA degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, which was obtained from 2002 to 2005. Ranjna also has an MS degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay, earned between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, they obtained an MS degree in Mathematics from Ajmer University, India from 1993 to 1995. Ranjna Goyal has acquired additional certifications as well, including a patent for automated software robot creation for robotic process automation from the United States Patent in 2023 and a Mastering Management Essentials certification from ExecOnline, Inc. in 2020.
