Brian Yeung

Brian Yeung has over 16 years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Brian was most recently the General Counsel & Director of Compliance - APAC at Interactive Brokers, where they held various roles since 2013. Prior to that, they worked as the Legal & Compliance Manager APAC at Instinet Incorporated from 2011 to 2013. Brian also served as the Head of Compliance - Australia at BGC Partners from 2010 to 2011, and as the Legal & Compliance Manager at CMC Markets from 2008 to 2010. Brian started their career as a Compliance Officer at Ord Minnett in 2004, and also worked as a Compliance Analyst at Challenger Limited from 2007 to 2008.

Brian Yeung earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Technology Sydney from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a B Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting & Finance at UNSW from 2000 to 2002. Brian also attended Yew Chung International School in Hong Kong for high school, but no specific dates were provided. In addition, Brian Yeung is a licensed solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, as certified by the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
