Sean McGeady

Sean McGeady has extensive experience in the finance industry, holding various roles in different companies. Sean began their career in 2006 at Citi, where they worked in various finance roles until 2011. Sean then moved to Zurich Ireland as a Financial Accountant before joining St. James’s Place Wealth Management as a Financial Accountant in 2012. In 2016, they joined Bank of Ireland, where they held several positions, including Financial Controller for Retail and Wealth. In 2020, they joined Davy as Group Financial Controller and later became the Deputy CFO. Currently, they are working as the Head of Finance at Interactive Brokers, starting in 2023.

Sean McGeady attended Maynooth University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied BA Finance. Sean then pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2008 to 2011, and later obtained a DipIFR in International Financial Reporting from ACCA in 2014.
