DESIGNER – Global Resource Team

At Interbrand you will create iconic work that defines customer expectations across the globe and creates growth for all. You are hands-on and delivering on multi-faceted tasks set by the team. You are gaining more responsibility in terms of projects and may be supervising interns or juniors, under the guidance of more senior team members.

Thinking and making:

  • Diagnose challenges and creatively solve them by bringing in a fresh, curious angle.
  • Ideate and create impactful and memorable solutions for a dynamic spectrum of clients.
  • Passionate about big ideas as well as craftsmanship.
  • Develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs.
  • Tell clear and compelling stories about your design ideas and present them with confidence.
  • Adapt your style to suit the client need or task.

Relationships:

  • Show a genuine collaborative spirit.
  • Demonstrate active listening and understand how to communicate through different channels.
  • Understand the client’s and team’s needs and priorities.
  • Has the ability to adapt their approach to facilitate a successful outcome.

Commerciality:

  • Understand the mechanics of costing and work allocation.
  • Understand our full offer and how we could extend our client relationship.
  • Able to identify priorities and manage time effectively to deliver the client’s and team’s needs and priorities.

Leadership:

  • Ability to build knowledge through active on-the-job and formal learning opportunities.
  • Seek opportunities to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Own discrete project deliverables and ensure outputs are communicated effectively.
  • Stick to tasks at hand even when faced with difficulties and navigate obstacles.
  • Welcome and consider the ideas and views of others, even if they are different from your own.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of branding-related design experience.
  • Experience and interest in working with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • A strong working knowledge of current design programs.
  • Exceptional creative talent (in the areas of brand identity across all mediums).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detailed-oriented problem solver.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with motion and/or digital is a plus.
  • Advanced English level (speaking, writing and translating)
