Danielle leads the Client Services Division, which includes client transition and implementation for all Intercare programs. The Client Service team’s expertise in program transitions and ongoing client account management is a key driver of Intercare’s overall high customer satisfaction.
Danielle joined Intercare in 2001, as a member of the management team. Her passion for customer service and communication stems from extensive experience in third party administration that began in 1992.
