Jordana Silvestre has a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, with a focus on working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Jordana started their career at Autism Spectrum Therapies in 2010 as a Behavior Interventionist, where they implemented and collected data on children's academic and behavioral goals using ABA interventions. Jordana then moved up to the role of Advanced Behavior Interventionist, leading clinical team meetings and conducting parent education sessions. In 2014, they became a Supervising Behavior Interventionist, managing a team of behavior interventionists and clients, conducting functional behavior assessments, and leading training meetings. Jordana later transitioned to the role of Clinical Supervisor, BCBA, where they facilitated and developed behavior intervention programs, managed a team, and conducted assessments. In 2015, they joined Intercare Therapy, Inc. as a BCBA Supervisor before being promoted to Clinical Trainer and most recently Clinical Director.
Jordana Silvestre holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from UC San Diego, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009. In 2014, Jordana obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
