Christine Ramsay (Certified Diversity Professional)

Christine Ramsay, CDP, has a diverse work background with experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), talent development, leadership coaching, and brand management. Christine is currently the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, where they lead DEI initiatives. Prior to that, they founded Ignite Inclusion, LLC, a coaching and consulting company focused on happiness, well-being, and conscious leadership. Christine has also held leadership roles at SKF Group and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for DEI and employee experience. Christine has additional experience as a diversity consultant at Bimbo Bakeries USA and Sungard Availability Services. Earlier in their career, Christine worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where they excelled in brand management and training. In 2022, they also became an author and contributed to the anthology "Your Life is Worth It."

Christine Ramsay, CDP, has a Master's in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, although the specific years of their enrollment are unknown. Christine also holds a certification in Inclusion Equity and Diversity Strategy from Villanova University. Prior to their graduate studies, they earned a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in International Business from Penn State University. Additionally, they studied International Marketing at the American InterContinental University- United Kingdom. In terms of additional certifications, Christine obtained a variety of qualifications, including being a Certified Integrative Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Chief Wellbeing Officer Certification from the World Happiness Foundation, both in June 2023. In August 2022, they received the designation of Keynote Speaker from the Professional Speakers Bureau Int'l. Christine was also recognized as a Distinguished Presenter for Gross Happiness Conference University of Peace United Nations in Costa Rica by the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education in March 2022.
