Eve Charles

Eve Charles has a diverse work experience in various roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Eve started their career at Pace University - Lubin School of Business as an Office Assistant, where they provided customer service, executed administrative duties, and ensured a seamless work environment. Eve then moved on to Pace University as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Peer Facilitator, where they promoted the psychological and social well-being of students through peer-to-peer communication and led workshops on inclusive practices. Following this, Eve interned at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern, where they assisted in editing internal DEI communications, built a DEI resource toolkit, and participated in the creation and launch of the company's DEI website. Currently, Eve is working at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Associate, where their responsibilities include organizing and writing internal DEI communications, coordinating relationship management, and supporting the planning and execution of DEI initiatives.

Eve Charles completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Justice Studies from Pace University between 2018 and 2022.
