Jesse Springer

Jesse Springer has held various roles in both InterChange Group, Inc. and Rouge River Farms Inc. Jesse worked as a Project Manager and Customer Experience Manager at InterChange Group, Inc., overseeing various operations and projects. At Rouge River Farms Inc., Jesse served as a Plant Manager, overseeing all operations at the Virginia production plant. Jesse also served as a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at Rouge River Farms Inc., coordinating logistics across multiple facilities. Jesse holds a Master of Business Administration degree from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University.
