Nick Grimshaw

Nick Grimshaw has held various roles in the field of operations management. Nick started their career at Azzurri Communications, where they progressed through different positions, including Head of Service Delivery Management and Managed Services Business Leader. Following that, they worked at Daisy Group as the Head of Service Delivery for clients such as Atos, IBM, and Vodafone. Nick then joined Allvotec as the UK Operations Director, overseeing a team of 900 staff and leading various transformation projects. After that, they joined IFS as an Industry Architect before moving to Vaioni Group Limited as an Operations Director. Currently, they are working at Intercity as an Operations Director.

Nick Grimshaw attended Haslingden High School from 1984 to 1989. After completing high school, they studied electrical and mechanical engineering at Accrington and Rossendale College from 1989 to 1991, earning a Btec Part 1&2 in that field. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued project management at QA.com. Later, in 2005 to 2008, they studied Operations Management and Supervision with a focus on ITIL V2 / V3 Foundation at Remarc. From 2008 to 2009, they pursued Business Administration and Management, specifically ILM Level 3 & 5 Principles of Management, at QA.com. Lastly, in 2011 to 2012, they studied Operations Management and Supervision at Azure Consulting and earned an ILM Level 5 in Mentoring in Management.
